TERRY QIAN
President
Terry Qian is the president of the company and one of the co-founders. Terry is responsible for the overall management and daily operation of the company.
Terry has 10 years of experience of finance, business development, strategic planning and deal marking in the real estate, film entertainment and investment banking industries. He has played a significant role in the establishment of Tang Media Partners, one of the leading independent Hollywood studios, with the acquisition of Open Road Films and IM Global. He was involved with managing a real estate fund that raised and provided $150 million to an ultra-luxury hotel project in Beverly Hills, California.
Terry also had extensive experiences working with US and Chinese companies on cross-border M&A, SPAC and capital raising transactions. Terry holds bachelor’s degree in Finance from Nanjing University and Masters in Financial Economics from University at Buffalo.
ZACH LIU
Executive Vice President
Zach is Executive Vice President and founding team member of the company. He directs analysis, acquisition, renovation, and construction of real estate projects. Zach has years of investment experience in residential and commercial real estate. With knowledge and experience in multiple fields, he is excellent in recognizing investment opportunities and analyzing and forecasting returns of deals. He also specializes in managing renovation and construction, to make sure projects are done with appropriate scope, schedule, and budget. In addition, he is well connected with local brokers, property managers, contractors, attorneys, insurance agents, and other investors.

Zach holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Nanjing University, a Masters in Computer Science from The Georgia Institute of Technology, and a PhD in Economic Geography from the University of Connecticut. He is married with a beautiful daughter. He enjoys hockey, piano, and fishing.

Principal
Oliver is a successful entrepreneur in the apparel business where he oversees manufacturing and distribution. He has been an active investor over the years and has made investments in various start-up companies, real estate projects and public stocks. He holds bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Masters in Engineering Management from City University of Hong Kong.
